GDL (Georgian Driver's License) App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GDL App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GDL is a mobile application that provides:

Theory test practice questions for Georgian driver's license
Information about exam stages, locations, and procedures
Push notifications about exam slot availability (Premium feature)
Step-by-step guide to obtaining a driver's license

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Features
Spot Notifications require a paid subscription.

3.2 Billing

Subscription: $2.99 USD per month
Free trial: 3 days for new subscribers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App to harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information about Georgian driver's license procedures, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Official requirements may change.

6.2 Exam Results
Using our theory test practice does not guarantee passing the official exam.

6.3 Notification Delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery of push notifications due to factors beyond our control (network issues, device settings, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
